Return Policy

To qualify for a return:
  • The perfume may be tested only with a couple of sprays
  • Bottles that have been used excessively (e.g., a quarter bottle or more) are not eligible
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition
This helps us maintain the high standards expected from a luxury fragrance house.
 
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives:
  • Damaged during transit, or
  • The spray mechanism is not functioning
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
 
💐 If You Don’t Love the Scent
Fragrance is personal, and we understand that preferences vary.
If you do not like the scent after trying only a couple of sprays, we will accept the return and:
  • Seslor will cover the return shipping cost
(Provided the bottle has not been overused.)
 
🔄 Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind:
  • You may return the item within 14 days
  • Return shipping will be paid by the customer
All other eligible returns — except changeofmind — will have return shipping covered by Seslor.
 
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
