During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Seslor currently ships exclusively within Australia.

Seslor is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

The spray mechanism is not functioning
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or a short video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

14day return window
Only lightly tested bottles (a couple of sprays) are eligible
If you don’t like the scent, Seslor covers return shipping
Changeofmind returns require the customer to cover return shipping
